The terms and conditions set out below apply to all orders placed with jewellerycube.co.uk a trading web site for Jewellery Cube Limited , 11 Argyle Arcade, Glasgow G2 8BA and supersede all other Terms & Conditions. By using this site, you accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained within. Do not use this site if you do not accept and agree to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may vary from time to time without prior notice.

1. Pricing Policy

All prices quoted are in £ Sterling and are exclusive of Carriage.

Carriage is charged extra and will be added during the PayPal checkout phase.

Rates:

UK mainland orders over £100 FREE shipping

UK Mainland orders up to £100 £4.95 postage and packing

International Shipping £20 post and packing.

International Orders over £1000 in value may be subject to additional charges

2. Payment Terms

Payment for orders shall be by credit or debit card via Stripe

An order is only accepted when the goods are dispatched

4. Shipping

Delivery will be by Royal Mail recorded delivery

UK delivery will endeavour to be next day where possible

International shipping should be within 5 working days.

All delivery times given must be treated as estimates only. No liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of goods.

5. Returns Policy

Right of cancellation. If you do, these are the terms which apply:

.1 You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;

.2 The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:

.a with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;

.b securely wrapped;

.c including our delivery slip;

.d at your risk and cost.

.e Goods must Not have been worn we will check for micro scratches upon arrival

.3 After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;

.4 We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

6. Claims

Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing and received by the company within seven days of delivery.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted at law, neither tronpawn.net, Tron Pawn Ltd nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Should you wish to make a complaint, please do so by filling out an enquiry form found on our contacts page, alternatively contact our Customer Services by telephone. 9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
